Toronado Award

March 12, 2009 By Mike Bumbeck

Toronado Airstream

From the make do with what you have department comes what happens when an Oldsmobile Toronado and an Airstream trailer are fused into awesome. Living within ones means may be the slogan of 2009, but creating something worthwhile with what you have is clearly more fun. Put one more Toronado on the other end, and all-wheel drive with four wheel steering is yours for the road.  Thanks to Weird RV’s for bringing us this fine example of American innovation in action.

    That’s actually pretty damn cool. Even looks reasonably well done. It’s probably incredibly dangerous to drive or crash, but what’s life without a little risk here and there??

    I’d love to see what it would look like after a good custom shop got through with it. Would turn from spiffy to awesome, I suspect….

    @eggwich:

    I know. Clunckbucket is like the hot new girl in town who you just bumped into at the local discotheque, drunk as hell, just broke up with her boyfriend, and she needs a ride home.
